YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 27, 2024) — Chief Hull Maintenance Technician Robert Nichter, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony hosted at the installation’s Fleet Theater.
