Service members with the Philippines National Police Special Action Force execute a high risk warrant and simulated armed confrontation during Tempest Wind 24 in Bataan, Philippines, Aug. 17, 2024. TW 24 is the 15th iteration of the Tempest Wind series of exercises and the third time in the Philippines.
