Pfc. Jason Radley, a military policeman of the Florida Army National Guard, receives his first Army Achievement Jan. 29 while assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the Directorate of Mobilization and Deployment at Fort Bliss for his commendable actions and selfless service possibly saving the life of a fellow soldier who allegedly over-medicated and was under the influence of alcohol.
