Lt. Col. Stephen Pierson, executive officer of Marine Corps Air Station New River, speaks on the new changes set in motion for the air station in the near future during the 18th Annual State of the Community Breakfast aboard Marine Corps air Station New River Feb. 12. Pierson said MCAS New River is expecting to add two new helicopters to their fleet, and is expected to add two entire squadrons from MCAS Cherry Point by 2014.
