Chatan Town residents walk to higher ground during a tsunami evacuation drill at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Sept. 7, 2024. This was the first tsunami evacuation drill since the re-signing of the base access agreement with Kadena Air Base on Aug. 21 of this year.
