Beltram, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, unearths a simulated improvised explosive device during a training exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb.7, 2013. Beltram simultaneously revealed a hidden vest of simulated explosives strapped under his uniform, where it went almost completely unnoticed by participants during the training.
