U.S. Navy Builder Constructionman Joseph Theobald, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, 1st Naval Construction Division, and Mana On-lamai, a civilian building contractor, check the level on a doorway to a multipurpose building being built at Ban Piang Elementary School, San Pa Tong District, Kingdom of Thailand, as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13), Feb. 2. CG 13 forces conduct engineering and medical civic assistance projects, cooperative health engagements, and other civil-military activities in the Kingdom of Thailand, in order to promote the security interests of the Kingdom of Thailand, U.S. and partner nations, enhance component operational readiness skills and training objectives, increase interoperability with partner nation forces, and serve the basic civic needs of the local population.
