U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jeff Celetin, a data system administrator with Marine Wing Communication Squadron 38, Marine Air Control Group 38, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, holds a coin presented by Lt. Gen. Michael Cederholm, the commanding general of I Marine Expeditionary Force, at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Sept. 4, 2024. Celetin and Cpl. Thomas Gardner, both data system administrators with MWCS-38, MACG-38, earned Cederholm’s coins from their extraordinary work with the Azure Stack Edge Device, improving the service’s understanding of tactical cloud-based systems. Deploying Tactical Assault Kit, installing a cybersecurity scanner, developing applications, and experimenting with artificial intelligence, MWCS-38 Marines’ Azure contributions utilizing Microsoft’s Azure Cloud service support the Marine Corps’ expanding mission set in an increasingly digital battlespace. During Cederholm’s tour of MACG-38, he recognized standout MACG-38 Marines and viewed the different warfighting capabilities of MWCS-38 and MWSS-373. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl.
