Equipment Operator Constructionman Francisco Chimaloguin, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, participates in a drill to occupy, defend, and secure a water source during a Command Post Exercise (CPX) on August 24, 2024, at Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California.
