Texas Air National Guardsmen assigned to the 136th Airlift Wing prepare to load a C-130J Super Hercules on the flightline at Joint Base San Antonio-Kelly Field Annex, Texas, Aug. 22, 2024. Medical professionals assigned to the Air Force, Air National Guard and Army participated in a Vapor Trails medical training exercise aboard the C-130 and honed their skills treating and transporting simulated patients.
