U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Zarinadel M. Diazinga, senior finance management analyst, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), receives an Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM ) from Lt. Col. James Miller, international engagement chief, SETAF-AF, during an award ceremony at Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy, Aug. 29, 2024. Diazinga received an ARCOM for her dedication and commitment to excellence while working with staff and managing over 400 participants during the African Land Forces Summit (ALFS).
