James Milano, a Colorado Springs, Colo., native who serves as the deputy commanding general for support with the 4th Infantry Division and Multi-National Division – Baghdad, speaks with Lt. Col. Frank Curtis, a Braintree, Mass., native, who serves as the commander of the 432nd Civil Affairs Battalion, which is attached to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Inf. Div., MND-B. Curtis briefed Milano, April 27, on the operations of the Civil Military Operations Center and the Iraqi Assistance Center that were recently opened on Joint Security Station Sadr City in northeast Baghdad.
