U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Johnathen Lanza, an explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, trains for Rumble in the Deid III at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Aug. 23, 2024. Rumble in the Deid is a biannual boxing match between 40 of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing’s top athletes. Coaches from the 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron helped Airmen to train with 24/7 access to gym facilities, a variety of different exercise classes and sparring lessons from experienced boxers.
