The 2d Theater Signal Brigade spotlight shines on Mr. David Reiter Jr, Information Technology Specialist-Customer Support, 102d Strategic Signal Battalion.
Mr. Reiter has demonstrated exceptional performance at the Local Network Enterprise Center Kaiserslautern (LNEC-K) by effectively handling the routing and closure of 832 AESMP tickets.
In addition to his ticket management responsibilities, he also takes on a leadership role as the lead customer support technician overseeing the migration of printers for the Network Modernization program. Within just nine months of his tenure at LNEC-K, Mr. Reiter's outstanding work ethic and dedication have propelled him to the position of the highest performer, excelling in routing and closing 832 AESMP tickets.
