YOKOSUKA , Japan (Aug. 22, 2024) — Library Director Jeffrey Conner, with Yokosuka Moral, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), receives a letter of appreciation from Capt. Les Sobol, CFAY’s commanding officer, during an MWR retirement luncheon in honor of 28 years of his service. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
