(Aug. 13, 2024) – Equipment Operator 3rd Class Travis Moore, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, works on shelving for the interior of the Cat Patio in Woodland Park, Colorado in support of Navy Week outreach. Navy Week is an outreach program organized by the U.S. Navy to connect with communities across the United States. The initiative aims to raise awareness about the Navy’s role, its operations, and the importance of maritime security. NMCB-3 is homeported in Port Hueneme, California training on high-quality construction, expeditionary logistics, and combat operations to support U.S. and partner nations and deter aggression.
