Julian Munoz, the company first sergeant of Headquarters and Support Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 5 (Reinforced), MRF-D 24.3, and Gunnery Sgt. Munoz and Veliz, along with a group of other bystanders, were awarded for their actions when Chris Trotter, a first aid trainer, suddenly experienced cardiac arrest and required immediate medical attention.
