Steven Veliz, a communications chief, also with MRF-D 24.3, in Casuarina, NT, Australia, Aug. 22, 2024. Munoz and Veliz, along with a group of other bystanders, were awarded for their actions when Chris Trotter, a first aid trainer, suddenly experienced cardiac arrest and required immediate medical attention.
