    Air Force Col. Stacy Friesen (left), commander and director of the 316th Medical Group, Joint Base Andrews, passes the 316th Inpatient Squadron flag to Lt. Col. Falana Gideon, who assumed command of the new squadron during its activation at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Aug. 23, 2024, making it the first Air Force squadron at WRNMMC.
