Brown Training and Education Center Tuesday Aug. 13, 2024, at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tenn. The United States, the Air National Guard, and the Air Force Reserve hosted the 30th IJOLD conference, welcoming dozens of junior officers from NATO nations to share leadership theories and best practices, as well as to foster interaction with other countries to gain a better understanding of different military cultures.
