Aircraft Armament Specialists, also known as Weapons Load Crews, assigned to the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, deployed to the 18th Wing, Kadena Air Base, Japan reconfigure F-16 Fighting Falcons from a training inert configuration to live combat loaded aircraft August 12, 2024. Weapons Load Crews consist of three airmen, all who have different responsibilities.
