JSC2001-00993 (April 2001) --- Forty-plus flight controllers scheduled to support the Ascent/Entry shift during the STS-100 mission pose with the astronaut crew in the shuttle flight control room of the Mission Control Center (MCC). LeRoy Cain (at left side of aisle opening) is ascent/entry shift flight director. He is flanked by astronauts Chris A. Hadfield, Umberto Guidoni, John L. Phillips, Scott F. Parazynski and Kent V. Rominger. Cosmonaut Yuri V. Lonchakov and astronaut Jeffrey S. Ashby are elsewhere in the crowd.
