Charles Perry, an OSS operative who died during an aerial insertion as part of Operation Union II during World War II, is adorned with flowers in preparation for the Operation Dragoon 80th anniversary ceremony at the Rhone American Cemetery and Memorial, Draguignan, France, Aug. 16, 2024.
