PACIFIC OCEAN (July 24, 2024) Culinary Specialist (Submarines) 3rd Class Cayhel White, from Philipsburg, Mont., prepares a meal and discusses galley operations during an Educators Orientation Visit (EOV) aboard the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Louisiana (SSBN 743) July 24. The EOV is a Navy Recruiting Command program with the focus of showing educators the various facets of the Navy and the many career paths available to students. Navy Recruiting Command consists of a command headquarters, three Navy Recruiting Regions, 18 Navy Recruiting Districts and eight Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 1,300 recruiting stations across the world.
