Teague Suarez, commanding officer of U.S. Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, awards Eros Boulangger as the scholarship award recipient for NEXCOM's NEXTgen scholarship program onboard NAVSTA Rota, Spain, Aug. 14 2024. As the "Gateway to the Mediterranean,” NAVSTA Rota provides U.S, NATO and allied forces a strategic hub for operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
