James Mingus during a visit to the Joint Operations Center on Fort McNair in Washington, D.C., Aug. 6, 2024. Mingus stopped by to talk with the Soldiers, Marines and Civilians who work at JTF-NCR/USMDW about their mission and the importance of what they do in the National Capital Region.
