Kennedy (CVN 79) at the gravesite of Lt. Cmdr. William Liebenow at Arlington National Cemetery. Liebenow served alongside the ship's namesake, then-Lt. John F. Kennedy, on PT-109. The wreath-laying marks the anniversary of the PT-109 crash. The John F. Kennedy (CVN 79) is the second Ford-class aircraft carrier under construction at Huntington Ingalls Industries' Newport News Shipbuilding division in Newport News, Va.
