Timothy Hudson and Deputy Major Curtis Loftin presented the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers National Volunteers of the Year Award to Tim and Pam Harrison. The couple has volunteered at the Sarge Creek recreation area on Kaw Lake since 2018. The ceremony was attened by Kaw Lake staff and volunteers.
