A photo of the new U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence mobile production studio. The studio is housed inside a commercial cargo van and features state-of-the-art video production equipment. It was unveiled at ceremony and demonstration at Fort Sam Houston, TX on July 31, 2024, by the Learning Technology and Multimedia Division’s MEDVID Branch (MEDVID TV). The studio features 4K quality advanced camera connectivity, two-way communication between the cameras and the van, and allows advanced camera control for color matching. The new studio replaces and is an upgrade to a twenty-two-year-old truck that was prone to electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
