Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 lower a concrete block with a crane on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California, July 31, 2024. The underwater construction team will use the block during a training evolution simulating damaged infrastructure below the water’s surface.
