The Pennsylvania Air National Guard’s tenth State Command Chief, Chief Master Sergeant Paul G. Frisco, retires after more than 41 years of Air Force service. His career began in July 1983 when he enlisted in the Air Force. Since joining the Pennsylvania Air National Guard in 1985, he has risen through the ranks, culminating in his February 2020 appointment as the State Command Chief in February 2020. During his tenure as State Command Chief, Frisco has served as the senior-most enlisted advisor to the three wings across Pennsylvania and has cared for the state’s 4,100 Airmen (Pennsylvania National Guard photo by Wayne V.
