Brig. Gen. Justin Osberg, Deputy Assistant Adjutant General - Army, Illinois National Guard and Command Sgt. Maj. Phillip Barber, State Command Sergeant Major of the Illinois Army National Guard, present the Illinois Flag to Capt. Patrick Clark, Commander of the 139th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, during the 139th's deployment ceremony July 12th at the General Jones Armory in Chicago. The unit will deploy for up to a year to Germany, where they will provide crucial public affairs support to Special Operations Command Europe.
