SHAH ALAM, Malaysia (July 18, 2024) – Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Kathryn Todd, from Shelton, Washington, and Chief Information Systems Technician Jason Dingle, from Mercedd, California, both assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), help prepare meals during a soup kitchen community relations event to feed refugees and people in need in Port Klang, Malaysia, during a port visit by the Blue Ridge, July 18, 2024. As the 7th Fleet flagship, Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and routinely operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific.
