    Rear Adm. Pamela Miller, Deputy Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Reserve Policy and Integration, awards Rear Adm. Donald Sze, Naval Medical Force Support Command (Reserve) Medical Officer of the Marine Corps and Chief of the Dental Corps (Reserve), for his 25 years of service during a retirement ceremony at the Defense Health Headquarters on July 18, 2024. Sze, a native of Los Angeles, is the fifth Chinese-American to become a flag officer in the U.S. Navy and the first Chinese-American dental officer to reach the rank of O-7.
