Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Afirca and Camp Lemonier's command staff await the arrival of Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations. During Roughead's short visit to Djibouti, he spoke with Sailors during an all-hands call. Many of the questions focused on the future of the Navy's fleet of ships and individual augmentee assignments. At the conclusion of the all-hands call, the CNO re-enlisted four Sailors ranging from seaman to senior chief petty officer.
