240630-N-XO158-1072 MEDITERRANEAN SEA (June 30, 2024) As part of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group (IKECSG), the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Gravely (DDG 107) steam in formation with the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group (WSP ARG) and the Royal Navy Daring-class air-defense destroyer HMS Duncan (D 37) in the Mediterranean Sea, June 30, 2024. The IKECSG is on a scheduled deployment to the Naval Forces Europe area of operations, employed by U.S. 6th Fleet to promote regional security and to deter aggressions.
