U.S. Air Force Col. Farrah Buss, 354th Medical Group commander, hands a meritorious service medal certificate to Lt. Col. Chelsea Payne, 354th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron outgoing commander, during a Change of Command ceremony June 28, 2024 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Payne will be moving to the Defense Health Agency in Fall Church Virginia.
