Airmen assigned to the 354th Honor Guard conduct a flag ceremony during the 354th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron Change of Command ceremony June 28, 2024 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The assumption of command ceremony announces the arrival of a unit’s new commander. The Operational Medical Readiness Squadron provides frontline medical support, health promotions and disease prevention, to execute medical support to the wing’s deployment mission, and coordinate medical clearance of base population personnel.
