CAM RANH, Vietnam (July 9, 2024) – Ensign Andre Pham, from Sacramento, California, (right), and Cmdr Tony Le, from Germantown, Maryland, assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), give a presentation to Khanh Hoa University students about life in the U.S. Navy. As the 7th Fleet flagship, Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and routinely operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific.
