Army Nurse Cadet Lilian Burton works with Nurse Nhan Ngo on Blanchfield Army Community Hospital's Inpatient Ward during her three-week training. This program, in partnership with U.S. Army Cadet Command, allows nurse cadets to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills in a clinical setting. Cadets work alongside Army Nurse Corps Officers in a four-week program, and BACH is one of 20 hospitals participating in the Nurse Summer Training Program across the U.S. and Europe.
