Maj. Gen. Henry Dixon, the U.S. Army Central deputy commander, poses for a photo with Brig. Gen. The BPFMR allows senior leaders representing units and agencies of the U.S. military in Kuwait and their counterparts to address the finances of the long-standing bilateral relationship.
