David B. Weisnicht, Fort Indiantown Gap’s deputy base operations manager, retires after more than 30 years of Army service. His career as a National Guard technician began at Fort Barfoot, Va., in 1996, Upon his retirement from the military in May 2014, he became the deputy base operations manager here, where he has provided continuity for a number of garrison commanders, and his service has provided for exceptional training opportunities for Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers and Airmen.
