Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania National Guard participates in the second annual iron trials event. U.S. Soldiers volunteer to participate in a team competition during their annual training. There were multiple challenge lanes. They consisted of a deadlift, land navigation, ball throw, disassembling an M4A1, medical care, donning a gas mask, sprint and carry, grenade throwing, planks and pullups.
