Davis, the commanding officer of 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, receives a gift from a member of the Indonesian Korps Marinir during a ceremony to end a bilateral reconnaissance exchange in Jakarta, Indonesia, May 9, 2024. Members of the Indonesian Korps Marinir hosted the exchange for the Marines of 1st Recon Bn. to strengthen relationships and enhance the capabilities and interoperability between the U.S. and Indonesian reconnaissance forces.
