A U.S. Marine with Battalion Landing Team 1/8, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), Special Operations Capable (SOC), carries a simulated casualty during a tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel as part of Baltic Operations 2024 (BALTOPS 24) in Ustka, Poland, June 17, 2024. BALTOPS 24 is the premier maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region.
