The headmaster of the Bella Vista school gives U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Joshua Okamura, the U. S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) deputy commanding general for mobilization and Reserve affairs, a tour of the school, during his visit to the engineering civic assistance project (ENCAP) of Dalan Ba Dame 2024 (DbD24) in Baucau, Timor-Leste, June 10, 2024. The ENCAP is a reconstruction of the roof of a local school, which will provide the students with an adequate area to study.
