U.S. Soldiers assigned to Company C, 1st Battalion, 183rd Aviation Regiment (1-183rd AVN), 103rd Troop Command, Hawaii Army National Guard, gives a tour to Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program’s nominated employers in Hilo, Hawaii, June 12, 2024. Employer Outreach is a key function of ESGR’s mission. Each year, national and local level events are hosted across all 54 ESGR State and Territory Committees to show appreciation to employers who support their National Guard Soldiers. The 1-183rd AVN hosted a Boss Lift flight and tour of facilities for civilian employers to showcase what a traditional drill weekend looks like for their employees.
