Col. Keith M. Graham, Pennsylvania Army National Guard chief of staff, retires after more than 25 years of Army service. Commissioned as an aviation officer in 1999, Graham held numerous positions in the Army aviation community and Pa. National Guard before serving as Pa. National Guard Chief of Staff. Additionally, he deployed numerous times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and in support of Domestic Operations. Pennsylvania Adjutant General Maj. Gen.
