Soldiers of the 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team conducted the annual "Boss Lift" at Fort Chaffee, AR on June 6, 2024.
Civilian employers were able to experience and understand the skills and expertise that Arkansas National Guard Soldiers have. This understanding creates a deeper relationship between the Arkansas Army National Guard, Service Members, and their employers.
Employers participated in a Blackhawk flight, demolition range exercise, eat a Meals Ready-to-Eat, and shot a M240B machine gun.
