Observer of the 80th D-Day Anniversary Ceremony pays her respects to the soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for freedom in the Normandy American Cemetery, France, June 6, 2024. This year's ceremony marks 80 years since the largest amphibious assault in history (Operation Overlord). A tribute was paid to the visiting World War ll Veterans as well as the fallen.
