REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE (May 24, 2024) U.S. Sailors stand at parade rest on the forecastle aboard of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) as the ship departs the Republic of Singapore, May 24, 2024. Russell was in the Republic of Singapore for a scheduled port visit, supporting operational readiness and regional partnerships. Russell is assigned to Carrier Strike Group 9 and currently conducting routine operations in U.S. 7th Fleet in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
